From Minneapolis/St. Paul area - Either of two routes (North or South) depending on your location in the area.

North- Cross the St. Croix river at Taylors Falls and go east on Hwy 8 to Cameron WI. At Cameron go south to Chetek on Cty Hwy SS. Follow SS into Chetek until you see signs for Cty Hwy D east. you will make a left turn onto D and go by Chetek Lutheran Church on your left, cross the Long Bridge, and take a right on D at the cemetery. Traveling east on D you will pass Gilligan's, cross Pokegama bridge, pass Northwoods Brew Pub and Grill on your left, and watch for your first left turn after Northwoods, that is Wickham road. The Log Cottage is located at the very end of Wickham road.

South- Cross the St. Croix river at Hudson on I-94 and go east to Menomonie, WI. Exit to Hwy 25 north to Ridgeland WI, about three miles north of Ridgeland, You will take a right on Cty Hwy A and follow that through Dallas, WI until it turns into Cty Hwy I and continues north and east into Chetek. In Chetek, you will travel north on Cty Hwy SS and watch for signs for Cty Hwy D east. You will go by Chetek Lutheran Church on your left, cross the Long Bridge, and take a right on D at the cemetery. From Eau Claire, Milwaukee, Chicago areas:

You will travel north on Us Hwy 53 out of Eau Claire, and exit at the Chetek exit onto Cty Hwy I. Take I north into Chetek. In Chetek, you will travel north on Cty Hwy SS and watch for signs for Cty Hwy D east. You will go by Chetek Lutheran Church on your left, cross the Long Bridge, and take a right on D at the cemetery. Traveling east on D you will pass Gilligan's, cross Pokegama bridge, pass Northwoods Brew Pub and Grill on your left, and watch for your first left turn after Northwoods, that is Wickham road. Fly in to the Chetek Airport (Y23)
